I am situated a 10 minute walk from the centre of Truro with easy access by walking or by car.

My bungalow is set out with various areas for children to play in.

• Role-play area (Includes home corner, vets and schools)

• Secure outdoor area with painting wall

The bungalow has a lounge/diner which I set up with a range toys as well as a playroom where children can access more toys. I also have a garden with outdoor equipment and a sand and water tray. There is a kitchen where the children can cook under supervision.
